3 DO NAVARRA Neighbouring Rioja and just below the french border, Navarra wines are well known for its value for money. Navarra is on a crossroads of climates (it has both mediterranean and atlantic influence) and winemaking (local varieties combine with french ones, which have very well adapted to the terroir). Navarra is famous for its outstanding rosés, made out of garnacha mainly.

4 PALACIO DE LA VEGA: A BEAUTIFUL STORY n Bodegas PALACIO DE LA VEGA is located at the gardens of a Neogothic palace built up by Doña Maria Diega Desmasieres, Countess de la Vega del Pozo, at the end of XIX century. n The Countess possessed an immense fortune with vineyards in Landes and Bordeaux. n In September 2010 we acquired the winery from Pernod Ricard, together with the leading Patxaran Brand (Navarra liquor) ZOCO, that is produced in the very same spot. n Today Palacio de la Vega is one of the most popular Navarra brands in the world.

5 PdeV Barrel Fermented Chardonnay Grapes are handpicked at night. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel deposits at low temperatures and then malolactic fermentation goes on in three different types of barrels: New French oak, new American and second used French oak. Then th wine remains with its lees for a minimum period of three months in cold temperatures. Golden yellow colour with greenish hints that shows its time in oak. Balsamic notes on the nose combined with flowers, toilet soap and cherries wrapped up with a smoky hint. Silky sensations on the palate. Rich, full-bodied and oily with flavours reminiscent of pastry and lingering notes of roasted hazelnuts. 88 PARKER points.

6 PdeV CRIANZA 70% Cabernet-Sauvignon, 30% Tempranillo. It has aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels followed by 6 months bottled in the cellar. Deep ruby red colour with purple hues. Complex aromas with notes of red and black fruits, cherries, plums and black pepper. Well balanced and structured in the mouth with round tannins and a lingering finish

7 PdeV RESERVA 100% Cabernet-Sauvignon from over 25 year-old vineyards. Vinification: After the alcoholic fermentation, the malolactic fermentation does not take place in the stainless steel tanks but in new French oak barrels. Afterwards it ages for 18 months in French and American oak casks. Dark red colour with deep violet hues. Highly aromatic complexity: White pepper, smoky notes and subtle tobacco nuances. Powerful in the mouth, with high concentration of sweet tannins providing luscious sensations.
