TEMPUS project NETREL 2 nd Quality Control Meeting, 3 rd – 4 th December 2014, Brno Hands-on training on GC-MS Bratislava, April, 21 st - 25 th, 2014 Training was delivered by Ivan Spanik, Olga Vyviurska and Alexandra Pazitna 5 persons – 1 from each university partner except of UBL Training course was divided into three parts  GC and MSD equipment setup  Basics of GC and MS software (Chemstation)  Data GC chromatogram evaluation and calibration  MS spectra evaluation
