6 Interstate Relations Trouble among the states was a major reason why we wrote a constitution SO – a lot of it deals with inter-state relations Interstate compact: agreement in response to a shared problem I’m starving & I need that salmon! Say whaaaa?... I’M starving & IIIIIII need that salmon… Maybe we can both fish & share what we catch???
