Paul tells us to walk worthily of our calling v.1 The calling is described in chapters 1-3 The bond of peace is described in v.2 The unity of the Spirit is described in v.4-6 V. 3 is a necessary requirement of fulfilling v.1

The Bond of Peace Godly attitudes in relation to other saints Lowliness (humility) Philippians 2:1-4 Gentleness (strength under control) Longsuffering (patience toward others) Forbearing one another in love (willingness to overlook the faults and slights from others because you love them and give them the benefit of the doubt) 1 Corinthians 13:4-7
