12 SMRP Skills Development Presentation – July 19, 2013 Transition Plan Expected to take 2 years and 10 months - Started March 1, 2013 - Wages will be grandfathered through January 1, 2016 - If a person qualifies at a higher rate early, he will get that rate Document prior achievement of requirements – Avoid bureaucracy
