1 How To Add The New Clinic Remote Agent To Your Desktop by Tom Mack updated 1/17/12 1.Remove older version of Remote Desktop (use Remove Program in Control Panel) 2.Copy and paste the following URL into your web browser to install the new Remote Desktop program http://ncs-tolero1/Documents/ClinicalRemoteAgentInstall.zip 3 Be sure to click “open” here

2 Right click on ClinicalRemoteAgentInstaller Click Run as administrator, and answer yes to give permission to run program Right Click!! 4 5 6

3 Verify the icon is in the bottom right toolbar and perform a test remote into a CWS using last 3 letters “glg” or an IP address for an AWS 7 8 9 Finally…when you close the remote desktop, ALWAYS click Hide. If Exit is clicked You will have to reinstall the whole Remote Desktop program Did you know you can remote into an AWS now too!!
