4 3 omnivores in the tropical rainforest

5 Peccary Peccary is like a type of pig. It is a mammal. There food sources are located under ground buried in wet, soft soil. The food they are looking for our small insects, roots, bulbs. Here is a picture of this mammal-

6 Chimpanzee Chimpanzee's eat fruits, leaves and foliage. The diet rarely but dose include bark, and honey. Monkeys have diets like us. Besides we don’t eat bark and stuff like that. Picture of Chimpanzee-

7 Kinkajou The kinkajou is also know as a honey bear, it is a mammal. It eats mostly fruits but is considered a carnivore for its sharp teeth.

8 Three herbivores

9 Iguanas Iguanas you can find mostly on trees and plant also branches. When its scared it will leap into water and sometimes on the ground. You can rarely fin them on the floor of the rainforest.

10 Ornate Lorikeet The Ornate Lorikeet travel mostly in birds or what they call a flock. Also known as rainbow lorikeet. There main diet is fruit and pollen. These creatures our known for there bright and vibrant colors which is why it is called rainbow lorikeet.

11 Tapir These small creatures like to eat fruit there favorite our bananas. The animals that prey on them our pumas, jaguars and alligators. The baby tapirs have stripes when they become older there skin turns to like a rubber it looks like! Baby- Grown up-

12 Three carnivore’s

13 Harpy Eagle They live in trees like sloths, monkeys. They spot there prey in trees then kill them. Harpy Eagles are considered the largest eagle and powerful. They only usually nest 1-2 eggs every days. This bird weighs about pounds. They are large birds and known for the tropical lands.

14 Green Anaconda This animal is one of the animals you will find on top of the food chain. This snake is one of the largest snakes in the world. It lives on the banks of tropical rivers. They swim quite a bit. They eat large rodents, small mammals, frogs, fish and other animals. Man is the only known predator of this snake.

15 Amazon River Dolphin They eat fish, shrimps, crabs and other animals, fishes that wonder or you can find in the water. There length is about 6.5 feet long. They come in multiple colors like rosy pink, regular pink and a light gray. They live in the darker part of the water. These animals have to have water to live. Pink version Light gray version

16 Definitions Abiotic- not alive, never will be, and never have been Biotic- Alive, living. Most likely a plant or animal

17 Water Water is abiotic because its not living and is not alive. Animals drink from this and this is one thing they need to live.

18 Plant (Venus fly trap) The Venus fly trap is biotic. It eats fly’s and bugs. This is biotic because its alive and living. It also eats bugs so I thought this would be a good example of biotic.
