3 Change can be one of the most difficult challenges that people face. People cling to the known. The future is dark, unknown and frightening. Yet the reality today is change is no longer the exception but the rule!

People are more committed if they are part of the idea Employees participation in the identification of problems and the development of improvement plans isn’t just a good idea…it’s essential!
