5. HOW TO GET PASSES CAR PARKING PASSES A restricted number of these are issued to us by the NEC and will be divided out in relation to booked stand size as per the below chart. EXHIBITOR BADGES These will be available to collect from 14:00 on Monday 28 September 2015. You will need to register your staff on the Exhibition e-zone (you will be notified when this module is activated). CONTRACTOR PASSES Contractor passes will not be in use during the PPMA Show buildup period. However, contractors may be required to identify themselves by PPMA Team members / NEC staff at any point. OPERATING MACHINERY = RISK ASSESSMENT The NEC will NOT let you exhibit at the Show without a completed risk assessment. This will be explained when our ‘Stage 2’ rollout commences.
