Course Description Project Manager Core Competencies The core competency course provides an overview of the hard and soft concepts and practices utilized by Project Managers and Project Team Members in the delivery of successful projects. The modules move through the complete project life cycle from initiation to closeout, An integrated case study is included to give you realistic application of various concepts and practices presented during the course. Who Should Attend Project Manager Core Competencies is an introductory course for individuals with direct project responsibilities.
