4 Concerned with providing basic government services. Provide services as the police, military, public roads, primary education and healthcare. The public sector might provide services that non-payer cannot be excluded from, services which benefit all of society rather than just the individual who uses the service, and services that encourage equal opportunity.

5 To accelerate the economic growth and industrialization of the country creating the necessary infrastructure for development to promote fair distribution of income and wealth, interpersonal as well as inter regional to promote the growth of strategic defence oriented industries to assist the development of small and ancillary industries to create employment of opportunities

6 Provide an essential service Provide it cheaply or free of charge, therefore it is available to everybody They are generally beneficial to society.

7 The government of a country consists of the public authorities and their agencies, which are entities established through political processes that exercise legislative, judicial, and executive authority within a territorial area

9 Private sector organizations are funded by individuals known as private investors. The money they invest in the organization is called CAPITAL and the investors are known as shareholders.

12 Basic objectives are to get the highest profit as much as they can get. The profit is the Earning before interest and tax. Taxes are government implemented therefore; private sector tries to give a great cushion against interest and tax.

14 A non-governmental organization (NGO) is any non-profit, voluntary citizens' group which is organized on a local, national or international level.

15 Task-oriented and driven by people with a common interest. NGOs perform a variety of service and humanitarian functions, bring citizen concerns to Governments, advocate and monitor policies and encourage political participation through provision of information.

16 Some are organized around specific issues, such as human rights, environment or health. They provide analysis and expertise, serve as early warning mechanisms and help monitor and implement international agreements.

21 The voluntary sector aims to provide vital services to parts of the community who have needs that are not fulfilled by government or for-profit organizations. Their aims and objectives are led by the beliefs they stand for.
