Both forms are located on our department web site and must be submitted online using your student log-in ID (eRaider). Students will receive an email from Margret Duran to their TTUHSC account when regalia is ready to be picked up. 11 We work with area hotels to get a discounted rate for families and friends of graduating candidates and post the list on our site.

12 FAQ’s We provide information on how to order graduation announcements, class rings, commencement pictures, on where to park, ADA accommodations, etc.

13 ► Diploma Information ► December 09 Graduates:  If you live outside of Lubbock and are not able to pick up your diploma from the registrar’s office, e-mail your school’s registrar your shipping information no later than December 1, 2009. ► Spring 10 Graduates:  Diplomas are distributed immediately following commencement at the United Spirit Arena.  If you are unable to attend commencement and pick up your diploma, you will need to come by the Registrar’s Office to pick up your diploma or submit a request on the student portal to have it mailed to you.

14 TTUHSC Official Ring and Graduation Announcements Information for ordering rings, announcements and frames are located on the Student Services website We suggest ordering announcements at least six weeks prior to the commencement ceremony

15 No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the United Spirit Arena. There is no secure storage area for purses or bags. Do not write on top of your cap/tam. Be on time! There is no limit on the number of guests that can attend commencement and seating is open. Reminders!
