3 + 1. At Bits-N-Bytes, you can buy computer games for $13 each and magazines for $4 each. If you purchased 3 games and spent a total of $55, how many magazines did you buy?

4 + 2. Two weeks ago Kyle bought 3 cans of tennis balls. Last week he bought 2 cans of balls and this week he purchased 4 cans of tennis balls. How much does each can of tennis balls cost if his total amount over the three week period was $36?

5 + 3. Six less than five times a number is the equal to two more that three times that same number. What is your number?

6 + 4. The sum of 2 consecutive integers is 93. Find the value of each integer

13 + Word Problems Round About Each group will be given a folder with a word problem. As a group, solve the word problem. When your group is finished, pass your folder to the next group. Repeat until all 8 problems are completed.
