4 Completed Permitting Tasks A.Collaborated with CDFW, RWQCB, COE, and Coastal Commission. B.Completed all required biological, cultural, and fish studies/surveys C.Conducted site visits with State and Federal Regulators. D.Negotiated Scope of Work a. Remove non-native vegetation and trees; protect and leave marshland vegetation b. Install silt skirts/fences and other BMPs c. Heavy equipment to stay on top of the levee; pull out trees and vegetation from top of levee; fill and compact void using similar or native soil. d. Remove tree limbs/branches using hand tools. e. Restore displaced rip-rap to match existing conditions.
