2 Business interview  An interview is an highly intelligence- intensive work. It requires interviewers to be equipped with multi-facet qualities.  Interviews with business elites are often done face to face. Business elites are very important figures in business circles. They are very busy every day and every minute counts.

3  Therefore, the time for an interview is usually set beforehand. And an interviewer, usually a journalist, must have very good communication skills and could establish friendly and trustworthy relationship at the very beginning of the interview, which would help the interviewee feel comfortable and relaxed and would like to speak out what the interview needs.
