The cost shall include all permits from the Suffolk County Dept of Health and all service connections  LIPA to provide a cost estimate for their work to the RUE, once all supporting documents are provided by the DB Team. The RUE will complete the Agreement 15

NY Route 347 – Design Build Quality Control (QC)  QC is Design-Builder’s Responsibility  Design-Builder shall appoint a QC Manager responsible for developing QC Plan for both Design and Construction  Design QC shall be by the Designer in accordance with the QC Plan  Construction Inspection shall be by an Independent Engineering Firm (Hired by the Design-Builder)  Materials Testing shall be by an Independent Testing Firm or Laboratory (Hired by the Design-Builder)  The Independent Testing Firm shall report to the Construction Inspection Firm who shall report to the Department  Offsite Plant Quality Control will be performed by the Department 26
