Hospital Background  It is among the best equipped and self-placed organization running the hospital since past thirty years.  The hospital has a team of highly qualified and experienced doctors.  It started from mere ten bed hospital and now holds more than one hundred and fifty beds now.  As to meet their ever increasing database they wanted a computerized system  Its monthly revenue is close to $150000.

4. Existing System  There is no website for the Hospital presently.  All the work is maintained manually and therefore cases issued there are in document formats.  The entire job is done at reception counter except bill payments. Hence quite often there is a chaos when rush is high.  Tests, treatment prescriptions, cases, bills, appointment template, patient’s and employee’s personal details, patient’s daily reports and other documents are the only medium of communication and management.
