1. I Am a Member of the Church I am a member of the Church, God’s redeemed people We come from every nation and race and language We come from every period in history We come from every generation Our citizenship is in Heaven… and Heaven is our home

2. We were born into the church by the new birth We were baptized into the church by the Holy Spirit We were purchased by the blood of Jesus Christ We are God’s adopted family, brothers and sisters We will appear with Him in glory and will reign with Him forever I am a member of the Church!

3. I am a member of the local church, a congregation of baptized believers We are joined in covenant with the Lord and with each other Our central purpose is to glorify God Our main work is evangelism and missions We seek to spread the gospel to the ends of the earth!

4. Christ gave us two ordinances, baptism and the Lord’s supper We are empowered for service by the Spirit’s gifts And we are guided by His Word, the Bible Each member is accountable to serve the Lord… Through His Church It is Christ’s church; He is its only Head and owner

5. To Him be glory in the Church to all generations Forever and ever!
