1. Earthquake Safety

4.  Stay outside  Stay away from trees, buildings, lights, and power lines  Crouch down and cover your head

6.  Get under a table or desk  Hold on to one of the legs

7.  Sit against a wall away from windows or things that might fall

8.  Wait in your safety spot until the shaking stops  Check if you are hurt  Check if others are hurt  Move carefully and check for fallen things

9.  There may be smaller earthquakes so be ready to go back to your safety spot or find another spot
