7 2. Implement area level 1. God assigns each person’s area and level of giftedness AREA: We have different gifts, according to the grace given us (Rom 12:6) LEVEL: “… in accordance with the measure of faith God has given you” (Rom 12:3).

13 3. Identification Interpreting, communicating and applying truth in simple and practical ways. Studying the Scriptures and sharing their findings. Helping others understand the Bible and apply it to their lives. Excel Enjoy Teaching

14 3. Identification Seeing potential and being positive. Being around people and spurring them on. Helping people see, believe and realise their potential. Excel Enjoy Encourage- ment

15 3. Identification Making money and mastering the love of it. Being able to make God’s work possible and men’s dreams real. Giving generously to God’s work and man’s needs. Excel Enjoy Giving
