C21 Communities (consumer’s view) Any consumer who visits www.century21.com will be able to interact with a Century 21 Professional Agent & Broker by accessing Communities tab located at the top (center) of the century21.com home page.

C21 Communities - Talks (consumer’s view) Within Communities a consumer will have access to several applications such as C21 Talk Radio, Talks, and other Social Networks(twitter, youtube, facebook, and flickr) A consumer can enter a question by typing within the Talks text box field and submitting the question by clicking on the GO button.

From the home page of 21online.com locate Popular Tools Within Popular Tools scroll down, find and click on “C21Talks” link After a question has being submitted by a consumer through Century21.com any Agent & Broker will have the ability to answer that question via 21Online.com

Welcome to Talks – Agent Focus Welcome to Talks (figure A.) will show basic navigational functions with definitions as well as the link to “Goto My Homepage” (figure B.) which is a more detail Welcome to Talks page. Agents & Brokers have the option not to show Welcome to Talks section again (figure A.) by placing a check mark on: “Don’t show this welcome screen again”. The next time the user accesses the site, they will see the detail page as displayed when clicking on “Goto My Homepage” (figure B.) Note: selecting “Don’t show this welcome screen again” can not be undone if performed, make sure this is what you want before to doing this.

Enter search terms: This allows you to find questions base on keyword search. e.g: If you type the word: “just looking” your search results will find questions that includes either part or all of the word “just looking” “Looking for a nice home to rent that will let you have a dog?” Search Within: This will refine your search by a specific geographic location. Note: You can search for questions using a combination of Search Term with City, State for a more specific search result. Use City, State to get all questions on that particular geographic location, or simply just use Search Term alone to get all questions nation wide related to your keyword search.

At this point any Agent and Broker will have the chance to answer the question(s) of their choice.

Also provided to the consumer is the Agent’s contact card(shown below). The contact card will show the agent’s detail information such as First Name, Last Name, contact number, company name, and the agent’s photo. All the information found on the Agent Card comes from the Data system Crest EDG. Note: To make changes on the card please do so by updating the information through Crest EDG.

After you have typed the entire question in the “enter text “ field, click on the button, and the window will expand to enter additional (optional) information pertaining to your question. City, State & Topic. Topics: are labels users create to describe questions they ask. You can add topics whenever you upload a question. Popular topics will display in the Topic Cloud on the homepage of Talks. These results are in alphabetical order. More popular topics look bigger in the Topic Cloud. Clicking on a topic will display a list of questions associated with it. After all information has being entered you can now upload the question by clicking on

(0) equal to the number of question(s) you have posted on the site so far. My Answers: will show you answers you have posted, so that you can see who has followed up with further responses. (+) will expand a more detail view of that particular category. (?) will show you Talks Help with the definition of the selected category. Watch List: allows you to follow discussions that have been started by other users. This action is performed while viewing a particular question and selecting “watch this question” check box. My Areas: allows you to monitor particular geographic areas you are following. To add an area, expand “My Areas“ section and click on “Add an Area” enter the area name in the text box.

My CENTURY 21 Talks is a dashboard that allows users to keep track of My Questions, My Answers, Watch List (to follow discussions that have been started by other users by viewing a particular question and selecting “watch this question”, and My Areas (to monitor particular geographic areas you wish to follow by clicking on “Add an Area” and entering the area name in the text box. Why is my recently posted question or answer not showing on the site?
