6. More importantly: Library computer literacy classes helped me transform from a “computer phobic” user who just muddled along with my computer into someone who now feels confident at her keyboard! -Audrey B., CET student

7. What have we done so far? 10 classes 120 students Intro to Computers, Word, Library Catalog Class Evaluations Pre-tests/Post-Tests

8. And? “More classes please!” “Very helpful!” “Instructor was so patient!” “It’s so nice to be in a roomful of other people like me!” “I learned something new!” “Enjoyed – inspired to continue” Pre/post-tests and class evaluations indicate over 90% improvement and satisfaction.
