7 Participating in the LAN  Open invitation to participate for MMA standard and specialty plans  The LAN contractor will bring together the group using a variety of contexts  4-6 meetings via webinar or online forum  Topics will be driven by YOUR interests  Benefits include:  Financial support  Performance and quality improvement  Public health and health care system linkages  Collaborative discussion of decision support tools and electronic health records for care coordination 7
