4 Overview of the THP-Plus participant tracking system Web-based database developed by the John Burton Foundation in close consultation with CDSS, counties, and providers Security and privacy features Collects participant-level demographic and outcome data at program entrance, quarterly intervals, program exit, and follow-up 938 participants in 43 programs in 26 counties in tracking system; additional 500+ in ETO

5 Getting started Use agreement must be signed and returned to John Burton Foundation Users must participate in a system training (available at www.thpplus.org)www.thpplus.org Counties and providers receive one password-protected login per agency

6 Security and Privacy: User safeguards Maintain secrecy of your login and password Log off when your session is complete Keep computers updated with antivirus software and software updates/security patches

7 Data Entry Information is based on the point in time of program enrollment, end of quarter, program exit, and follow-up data collection Quarterly reporting dates: –September 30 –December 31 –March 31 –June 30 Data entry completed by 15 th of the month after quarter

8 Reports Function Two types of reports: administrative and participant Administrative Reports –Manage timely data entry process –Access list of active participants and case managers

9 Reports Function (continued) Participant reports: –Capture snapshot data at entrance and at end of each quarter –Compare program data to statewide averages –Analyze program progress –Export full participant data for detailed analysis
