4 How to Apply How to apply:  Go to: http://www.grad.uc.edu/ApplyOnline.aspxhttp://www.grad.uc.edu/ApplyOnline.aspx  Complete and submit the University/Graduate School portion of the application  Within 48 hours you will be emailed a link to complete the School/program application  In the department application you must select GE-ACE in “Special Programs” What documents are required for the application process?  Original copy of your transcript that shows your degree conferred  UC Undergrads do not need to submit a copy of their transcripts, we can print a copy for you. 6 Schedule Typical Schedule Students will start their 1 st semester in the Fall. This will be a full time semester taking 15+ credit hours minimum. See specific program requirements. The completion of their program at UC will take place in the Spring semester with 5 total credit hours (3 classroom + 2 research) as listed in the above Requirements section.
