5 Developments thus Far Aims of the programme identified which align with the requirements of : Nursing Subject Benchmarks Framework for Higher Education Qualifications Academic and Practitioner Standards Nursing and Midwifery Council Standards of Proficiency for Pre-Registration Nursing Education

6 Cross Programme Developments Year Long Modules ‘Personal and Professional Development for Inter- professional Practice’ in each year of the provision. Suggested Titles Foundations of Collaborative Working Developing Skills for Collaborative Working Collaborative Working in Practice

7 Cross Programme Modules Year Long Clinical Skills Modules in each year culminating in Internship (Nursing) in third year. Framework developed

14 The Way Forward Writing the modules Consider the Module Title ensuring that it demonstrates ‘fit for purpose’ is contemporary and informative. That aims and outcomes align with the indicative content and reading lists and are at the correct academic level Assure that the aims and outcomes are measurable, achievable and realistic

15 The Way Forward Assessment links to outcomes formative and summative Notional Student Workload is realistic Synopsis of the module is clear and promotes marketing
