CERN co-operation school network in Finland started 2002 AIMS Integrates CERN discoveries into the physics curricula in high schools by adopting local requirements. Supports co-operation between different subjects in a school between high schools, between high schools and both local universities and CERN. Encourages high school students and teachers to do outreach about CERN physics supported by local physicists and CERN researchers. Promotes physics, motivates and attracts students and general public about modern physics (TV programmes, outreach material on the server of YLE (Finnish Broadcasting Company)).

Example, Pyhäjoki in co-operation with Raahe Intensive physics learning in own high school in co-operation with the other school in the neighboring town Physics teachers taught Modern Physics in the both schools in co-operation with the following teachers: native language, foreign languages, mathematics and IT.
