The second Longevity Pay, LP 2, shall be based on the monthly basic salary, S 2, as of the LP 2 effectivity, and so on. The total Longevity Pay, LP T, at any given time shall be the sum of LP 1 up to the latest Longevity Pay, LP n. Thus, LP 1 = (0.05)(S 1 ) LP 2 = (0.05)(S 2 ) LP n = (0.05)(S n ) LP T = LP 1 + LP 2 + …. LP n

In like manner, the performance of below Satisfactory, the finding of guilt in any administrative or criminal case shall disqualify the public health workers to receive the Longevity Pay only for the period covered by such disqualification/s and the grant of LP will only be delayed for the same period of said disqualification/s.
