3. Individual Attendance
Add your student name to the student search field and search for your student
Click on the student you wish to take attendance on.
Click the Add button to add your attendance and Save.
You do have the option to delete if you made a mistake.

4. Phone List
Click on the chevron to open the phone list to easily find the information already in Trillium to call home if needed.

5. Class/Group
Track, Attendance Date, Select By, Report As, and Entry Mode, is already prepopulated for you.
You select Homeroom, Reason and Comment if needed.
Click on Search, to find all students within the selected criteria.

6. Once the homeroom is selected, and the correct attendance values are selected, you can put a check mark in all the boxes by clicking on the square beside Status or you can click individual boxes. Below we will choose all students as the school will be closed due to snow.

7. Click on Apply Values to Selected, you will notice that all students now have a G-Day, along with School Closure and a Comment. Save the information and it is done. Complete you next homeroom if needed or log out.
