Energy use monitors are installed and can track usage for every single room, for all 280 residents. Dorms will be able to track water use, electrical use, and steam consumption which is used to heat the buildings. Dorms are 52,160 sq. ft. & 39,376 sq ft. with a total of 56 double- occupancy rooms & 26 single occupancy rooms, with 21 suites and 9 full kitchens
