2 Mission  We mainly study the postharvest physiology and pathology of fruit and vegetables. We have done much research on mango, pear, banana, peach and coriander and published a number of scientific papers.

3 Research/Study  Fruit and vegetables storage technology.  The postharvest physiology of fruit and vegetables.  The postharvest disease of fruit and vegetables.  Analysis of protease activity in fruit and vegetables.  Analysis of polyphenoloxidase and peroxidase activity in different fruit and vegetables.

6  Professor  Jiangweibo Jiangweibo is the vice-dean of College of Food Science and Nutritional Engineering in China Agricultural University. Jiangweibo has a Bachelors degree in Agronomy and a Masters degree in Horticulture from the Agricultural University in Beijing, and a Ph.D. degree from the Jerusalem University, Israel, and completed the postdoctoral research in Agricultural Department of Israel. Jiangweibo published a number of scientific papers in international journals and presented at various international conferences around the world.
