By researching a topic, such as what kind of career you would excel in and enjoy, you gain a better sense of understanding and you feel better about yourself. Chantelle St.Clair 8/11/2009 A resume is a very important document that shows your potential employer your skills, attributes, and any important information that could help in their decision to hire you for the job. It’s very important to be honest and use anything and everything that might help you acquire your goal. How to Achieve your own Resume: 1. Figure out what format is more comfortable for you to create. 2. Make a mock-up plan of what information that you will be putting down to help you the most. 3. Cover Letter Chantelle St.Clair 8/11/2009 A cover letter is a form of explaining what the employer is going to be looking at. It explains why you are sending them your resume and gives a creative and good reason that they should continue reading. Chantelle St.Clair 8/11/2009 Even though this is the last step in the employment process, this is also a very important step. You must look the part and make sure your speaking skills are intact. This is how your employer will tell how you will interact with coworkers or costumers.
