10. Montreal 2010 ROTARY INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION PACKAGE (JUNE 19-24, 2010) TERMS AND CONDITION: 1.Reservation is on a first-come-first served basis. A deposit of US$ 500.00 per person will be required to guarantee the booking. 2.Full payment will be required on or before February 15, 2010. 3.In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply: 4. All airline restrictions on ticket endorsement, transferability, baggage limitations, mileage accrual, and rebooking/refund conditions shall apply! Cancellation requested before February 15, 2010 = US$250.00 per person. Cancellation requested after February 15, 2010 = US$ 450.00 per person (twin or triple room) or US$ 900.00 per person (single room) will be charge. In addition to the above charges, if the request for cancellation is received after the issuance of the airline ticket, all penalties and charges imposed by the airline shall be charged to the passenger’s account.
