1 Welcome to Xeneca’s Final Public Information Centre for the Ivanhoe River: The Chutes Project Today’s PIC will give you the opportunity to learn more about what Xeneca is proposing in our Waterpower Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA.) Throughout the process we’ve listened to your feedback and have incorporated it into the EA. We greatly appreciate the input we have received & look forward to hearing any additional comments today. With the public issuance of Notice of Completion, the Class EA document will soon be available for agency & public review. Please note - all written comments and requests for meetings with Xeneca must be received within the first 30 days after the Notice of Completion is issued. There will be an extra 30 days to resolve these issues or, if the issue cannot be resolved through meetings, to submit a Part 2 Order to MOE (with rationale.) Thank you for joining us today. www.xeneca.com
