2. LOCATION Located in El Giza, Egypt The pyramids were built from 2560-2540B.C. All three of the pyramids remain today except a few crumbled stones

3. PURPOSE The pyramids were originally thought to be constructed by many slaves but now archaeologists think that is was built by many skilled workers. The pyramids were built for the Pharaoh Khufu and his wife. These pyramids were used as final resting places for the Pharaoh and his wife.

4. UNIQUENESS The structure of the Pyramids was unique because it was made of a ton of glistening white stones that had to be carried over from a far away place. To complete all three pyramids was a task that took about 20 years. Big stones were piled on top of each other in a specific way to build the Pyramids. Towards the end of completing them, workers would have to build structures so they could reach the place where they had to put their stone.

5. ANCIENT FORESIGHT The shape of the Pyramids have been copied all through out the world, an example would be the pyramid that was built by the hotel Luxor Las Vegas that is located on the Las Vegas strip. The Pyramids of Giza were one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
