3. HOW DO I PARTICIPATE IN THE PENNSYLVANIA YOUNG READER’S CHOICE AWARD? Attend a public or private school in Pennsylvania (or a certified home study program) Read or listen to at least three (3) of the books on the selected reading list VOTE by March 15 th
