Rationale for Correction as below: 1 ） There are some inconsistencies between Table C.30.3-1 in PS3.3 and Table CC.2.5-3 in Part4. 2 ） JIRA has changed the English expression of its organization name from “Japan Industries Association of Radiological Systems” to “Japan Medical Imaging and Radiological Systems Industries Association”. effective at 2012/April/01 The “JIRA” acronym is unchanged.
