13 Presented for “Improving Energy Efficiency in Buildings” PIMS 4245 Project with Funding by UNDP GEF and UNDP Armenia and Executing Partners, Ministry of Nature Protection, Ministry of Urban Development IBDA IBDA calls for architects and engineers to work as a team in order to integrate practices at the outset to achieve energy efficiency. The goal of applying IBDA is to achieve high performance and multiple benefits at a lower cost than the total for all the components combined if these were considered separately.
