2. The day and time they launched off Apollo missions which include to successful lunar landings. The Apollo 13 mission was launched on April 11, 1970. The flight to the moon went by without incident until 2 days into the mission when faulty wiring in the Service Module caused two of the main oxygen tanks to explode. John Swiger replaced Mattingly and on April 11, 1970 at 2:13 p.m. Apollo 13 left Earth with the three astronauts

3. Purpose of launch The went out of space to go to the moon and to have a better mission the Neil Armstrong but its was a failure coming back

4. Who were the astronauts that flew in the exploration There name was john swigger and Jim Lovell and Fred haye and they went out of space

5. was there any complications during the exploration Yes because there oxygen tank blew and there was some tanks that blew up and they had to turn off there power in order to be safe until one of then figured out how to get them home.
