1. The LERC Board recognizes that to help manage health care costs effectively, it is important to provide information, programs and services so that employees can make sound decisions about when and how to access health care services. At the November Board Meeting the school districts came together to share ideas and programs that work in their districts and issues that arise as they roll out the various aspects of wellness.
