2 First episode psychosis is a major life-changing event for the person experiencing it and their family. (Lester et al, 2005)... Theyre so different, my sister is very supportive but my brother is just so uncomfortable around me that I dont even know what to say... (A brother with psychosiss description of his siblings, Sin et al, 2005) In early intervention for psychosis literature, siblings roles and contribution to their brother or sisters recovery is widely recognised. (Birchwood, 2003; Jackson et al, 2004)

4 Aim & Objectives of Proposed Research Aim: To develop an online psychoeducational Intervention for siblings of individuals with first episode psychosis and to evaluate its feasibility, acceptability and efficacy Objectives: 1.To develop an online multi-component psychoeducational intervention incorporating peer support 2.To optimise IT and e-learning technologies in its design and delivery 3.To evaluate the preliminary efficacy of the intervention
