Day 2 – Apprenticeship Induction Apprenticeship Specific Day involving: Introduction of training provider and NVQ and technical certificate. – Whats expected of the apprentice re learning elements. The World of Work – Unspoken office rules – Dress – Grooming and Personal Care – Manners – Timekeeping – Sickness – Problems at work – Difficulties with studies – What else do they wish to discuss?

5. Day 2 – Apprentices Supervisor Induction Apprenticeship Specific Day involving: Introduction of training provider and NVQ and technical certificate. – Whats expected of the apprentice re learning elements. Different session for supervisors on how to work with young people, how to deal with working and studying, how to deal with problems.

6. MY SUPPORTS Potential Sessions - Support Mechanisms Training Provider Apprentice Cohort Opportunity for managers, apprentices, buddies and mentors all to meet eachother. This is useful for presenting to both the supervisors and the apprentices.

7. Day 3 - Managing Work and Study Your thoughts Your worries and concerns – Time management – Money management – When to study – Who to contact if I have a problem? – What not to do!
