2 Welcome to www.iPrevent-flu.Com Exercise to prevent flu This set of exercise are recommended to perform twice a day. Evening time - Do it before you go to bed and perform this exercise 30 times. Morning time – Do it when you wake up from your bed and perform this exercise 30 times on your bed. You may not do it perfectly at the first time, so please be patience and practice it daily until your entire body can touch the knee cap and your two hand touches the toe.

3 1. Strengthen your hand and leg

4 2. Pull your hand back to your chest

5 3. Raise your hand up to maximum

6 4. Bend your body and your hand slowly until it touches the toes

7 5. Bend your entire body until it touches the knee cap.
