2  Administer manual exercises, massage, or traction to help the patient relieve pain, increase patient strength, or decrease or prevent deformity or crippling.  Direct patients in rehabilitation activities  Record prognosis, treatment, response, and progress in patient's chart or enter information into computer.  Construct, maintain and repair medical equipment.  Evaluate the affects of the treatment to a patient, and adjust the treatment to achieve the full benefit.

3  A doctoral or professional degree is needed from college.  The majority of physical therapists have a bachelors degree ( 41.5%)  A total of 6 years if schooling is now required, to become a physical therapists.  Most of the school work is classes on medicine and related sciences. This can become very difficult.  Taking a physical therapy aptitude test is recommended to see if your interests and skills apply to becoming one.

4  You need to take a state licensure exam to be licensed as a physical therapist.  A lot of the physical therapist education programs require a bachelor's degree before admission into the professional DPT/MPT program.  Taking a DTP program  To practice as a physical therapist, you must earn a PT degree from a CAPTE physical therapist education program.  You must spend 80% of the time in the classroom and 20% is required in the lab.

5 Employment in physical therapy is going to increase much faster and more than average. Job opportunities are going to be available, mostly in a hospital, rehabilitation, and orthopedic settings. Physical therapists need to earn a masters degree from a physical therapy program and a State license, which requires passing national and State examinations. Around 6 out of 10 physical therapists will work in hospitals or in offices of physical therapists. Physical Therapy will grow 27 percent by 2016.

6  Starting wage for a physical therapist is around $50,000 a year.  As a physical therapists receives experience their salary can improve to up to $100,000 a year.

10  Adjust and maintain machinery, being able to operate control and regulating devices.  Take apart and reassemble heavy equipment using hoists and hand tools.  Repair and replace damaged or parts that have been worn out.  Research, order, and maintain the inventory of parts.  Test mechanical products and equipment after they have been repaired to assure they reach the qualifications, and work correctly.

11  High School Diploma.  A tech school (Not Mandatory).  On the job training occurs.  No work experience needed, you learn on the job  Knowing already mechanical skills would be beneficial.

12  You need to have knowledge of things you will be working with.  Have some skills in repairing and know what the parts are.  Having coordination abilities.  Your eye sight and physical health must be good.  A good sense of Mathematics.

13  The increase will be 17% which is the average.  By 2020 there should increase by 124,800 people working as a mechanic.  This is being measure from 2010 until then. In 2010 there were 724,000.  The job opportunities for qualified people look very good.  It is predicted the demand for trucks and late model cars being fixed will increase.

14  Starting out a mechanic can receive around $30,00 a year.  As they gain experience they can earn up to $66,000 a year.
