7 CHFP Process CHFP Awarded Module Two HFMA’s Operational Excellence Directed Case Study learning: 8 case studies each with 7 multiple choice questions, 3 hour timed exam Module One HFMA’s The Business Of Healthcare Online learning: 6 Courses + End of Course Exam – 75 questions, 90 minutes 7

8 CHFP Registration Access CHFP registration via the HFMA website CHFP Modules hosted via the HFMA LMS CHFP course access through your HFMA eLearning account Costs - Total = $700 Member:  Module I - $400 Member, $450 Non-Member  Module II - $300 Member only 8

9 Maintaining the CHFP Maintenance Required – 60 hours in a 3 year maintenance reporting period – Grace period June 1 through July 15 – Retest is an option 9
