15. PROVIDED BY THE IDAHO STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION SB 1186 calls for $4 million to be allocated for school safety improvements and substance abuse prevention programs. The funding formula is as follows: A base of $2,000 for every district and charter school, and Approximately $13.00 per student based on SY14/15 ADA Safe & Drug Free Schools $$
