PERFECT MATCH FEEDBACK An e-tool with which feedback sheets can be sent to the SMEs and the trainee Sharing of the feedback among the participants of each placement (the sending organisation, the trainee, the SME) Feedback sheets also available To evaluate the success of the match  quality management tool for intermediary organisations Direct feedback for sending organisation: did the trainee’s skills match the needs of the labour market (not student evaluation)
