To Be A Flight Attendant 14213103 2-M No.29 Risako Nakada

Purpose & Significance of Research Project ・ To know how I could be a flight attendant and what is required in the company ・ We should prepare for finding job from now on ・ Confirm the job is what we have thought

Research Questions “What is the requirements to be a flight attendant in Japan?” “What is the difference between requirements and conditions of Japanese air companies and other countries one? “What is the work as a flight attendant?”

Date Collection & Analysis ・ the date from some air companies ex) JAL, ANA, Jetstar ・ The date from introducing job site which says the basic work in air companies ・ I analyzed the date by making sure of the facts at first and comparing other sites, countries and companies.

Research Findings The most important condition in Japan is English skills, at least TOEIC score 600. It is not written detail about conditions in Japanese country. On the contrary, other countries have many regulations. But it doesn’t mean it is easy to be flight attendant in Japan Serve and take care for passengers and so on. In addition, they have a meeting on the ground. And before working on the sky, they must be incorporated to training for a period.

Individual Concerns For Research Findings ・ The minimum TOEIC score 600 is essential, but more higher one must be demanded ・ My speaking skill is awful and that skill is required in the plane ・ It is difficult to be a flight attendant in other country which is not spoken mother language.

Relationship between English and career ・ There are not any flight attendants who do not have English knowledge. ・ It is important for not only abroad line, but domestic line because of increasing sightseeing people who come from different country ・ I want to get TOEIC score at least 800 at the end of 4th year ⇒ 2 nd year : memorize English words and construction. 3 rd or 4th year: speaking study and take a TOEIC test, and going abroad ・ I will continue customer service part time job and want to know how to speak to customers and touch with them.

Short Summary Of Presentation ・ We will be employed by TOEIC English score and impression of job interview in Japan. ・ Working on the plane is not all their works, also on the ground ・ In other country, there are more requirements than Japanese one and it is difficult to get the job for us because English must be fluency and, depends on country, the nationality is condition for being.
