3 Manhattan Manhattan is very important and the oldest borough of NYC. A couple of the richest people in the U.S. live in wonderful townhouses and beautiful tall apartments. Some poorer people live in older apartments.

4 Brooklyn Some of the oldest neighborhoods in Brooklyn are Brooklyn Heights and Cobble Hill. Brooklyn has the most people in New York City.

5 The bronx A luxurious neighborhood that is located in the Bronx is Riverdale. A poorer neighborhood is Morrisania. The Bronx is bordered by the Hudson River on the west and the Harlem River along the southwest. About one-fifth of the land in the Bronx is dedicated to their beautiful parks. Pelham Bay Park

6 Queens John F. Kennedy is the largest airport and is located in Queens.

7 Staten Island Some parks and beaches line southern coasts of Staten Island (in yellow).

8 Ballet One ballet is called An American in Paris. It is a world wide ballet.

9 THE STATUE OF LIBERTY The Statue of Liberty is made of copper. She is 151 feet tall. Somebody wrote a poem about her.
