3  Define the following and give an example of each: Example: Proper Noun- names a specific person, place, thing, or idea. I graduated from Kingman High School in 2007. › Concrete Noun › Abstract Noun › Pronoun › Limiting Adjective › Descriptive Adjective

4  Adjectives often answer one of the following questions: › What kind? › Which one(s)? › How many? › How much?

5  Clear your desk of everything, except a pencil and your SSR book.  Remain seated and quiet until all tests are completed. › If you finish early: Turn in your test to the In-Box and read your SSR book.

6  Open your books to page 110.  Complete the Vocabulary, Background, and Reflection section of the worksheet.  Read The Right to the Streets of Memphis by Richard Wright
